SureView app for iPhone and iPad

The SureView app is an app for security guards, field security operatives, and personal protection agents to perform field operations in communication with operators using the SureView product, such as being dispatched to events, reporting their location and status, reporting details of events, and raising alarms if they need assistance (such as being attacked or having an accident).

Historically guards and agents have to constantly provide their status and location to the operators via radio, but using the app automates much of this work making the security operation much more streamlined and safer (for instance, as the app provides the location of the field security operative to the operators, if they are attacked or have an accident then the operators immediately know where they are and where to send help).

Current Features:
- Local notifications to new dispatch requests
- Map / list interface for managing dispatch requests
- Directions from current location to dispatch location
- Add notes, upload images to the event
- See notes made by all guards and operators using the event
- Guard controls their availability status
- Optional: tracking of guards location for operators to offer field support*

*To turn on tracking the guard must select an area to monitor or a call sign. The app will track that guard in the background while this feature is on to ensure the operators know the guards location. This is required for life-safety in case the guard gets attacked or has an accident so the operators know where to send help.

*Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

SureView is a universal application and is designed for iOS; full functionality requires a live SureView system.
